I have been working as an accredited Hakomi Psychotherapist for the past 28 years in Dublin, Ireland. I was also an assistant on the first Hakomi training in Australia in the mid nineties in Sydney and Melbourne. In mid 2021 I moved from Ireland to the Gold Coast to be closer to my family, where I am now working with one-to-one clients, and also through Zoom.
I bring a wealth of experience from other modalities in which I am trained, for eg, massage, aromatherapy, kinesiology, colour therapy, group training, reiki and energy healing, plus years of yoga teaching and leading health retreats in Spain and Cyprus for many years. These ‘Soul Journeys’ health retreats incorporated personal growth work plus Ayurvedic dietary and lifestyle changes etc. My training in Hakomi Therapy has informed all my group and personal work in a profound way.
My style is relaxed and intuitive.

I am a Hakomi therapist, Trauma informed, Gestalt (Masters), and have a background in yoga, dance and mindfulness.
The work is somatic, mindful and collaborative. It is compassionate, kind and respectful, thus creating a safe and sacred space for you to be witnessed, seen and heard, whilst building resilience and inner resources to explore the painful places that lie within.
I deeply honour the complexity of our shared human fragility and believe passionately in our capacity to move towards a healing experience/transformation.
My work intrinsically weaves together all my modalities (attachment theory, nervous system regulation, neuroscience, somatic practices) in a gentle and caring tapestry. I am very influenced in my work by Manuela Mischke-Reeds, Rob Fisher Esther Perel, Terry Real and Thomas Hubl.
I work with couples, individuals and early childhood trauma.

With 20 years experience in Mental Health Occupational Therapy and Psychotherapy in the public system and private practice Miranda approaches therapy with a wholistic lens recognising that we are an integrated system of mind, body and spirit. She is compassionate and confidential in her approach treating each individual as unique and resourceful in their abilities to heal. Miranda lives and works in rural WA. She provides a space where a client can nurture the belief that they have the strength and wisdom to return to their ‘genuineness’ and maximise their potential to become a ‘Full Human Being’.
Psychotherapy & Inner Navigation
CHT, Workshop Facilitator, Meditation Teacher
Lorella is a Certified Hakomi Therapist and workshop facilitator with a specialisation in navigating the wilderness of the feeling body. Her approach is a radical welcoming of everything we usually want to move away from or “heal”. Having spent her adult life immersed in meditation and psychotherapy as a way of learning to navigate the intensity of her inner world, she now weaves the traditions of somatic psychotherapy, Theravada Buddhism and Tibetan Tantra into her work.
Lorella has developed guided practices and teachings to support her clients to establish an effortless daily practice as an adjunct to the therapeutic work they do together. This work is especially helpful for people whose feeling bodies are very “loud”, who feel broken, or who feel like no matter how much work they do, they can never get to the core of their experience. Whilst the principles and orientation of Hakomi are embedded into this approach, it is ultimately a shift in attitude towards the feeling realm with specific emphasis on retraining the habit of our attention.
