Jane is dedicated to meeting her clients exactly where they are, with the utmost respect for their journeys and for whatever amount of hope or despair they bring when they walk in the door. She doesn’t see her clients as broken, but as perfectly placed to rediscover their vast potential and their innate capacity to heal and grow.

Jane treats the work she does with her clients as a collaboration – she doesn’t want to ‘fix’ them but to help them transform their inner worlds so that their lives become more satisfying, joyful, spacious and free.

Jane knows how much courage it can take to walk into a therapist’s room – she’s done her own healing work over many years. So if an introductory conversation would help you to take that first step, she would welcome your call.

Psychotherapist

Certified Hakomi Therapist, Masters in Gestalt, BA

Mullumbimby, Northern Rivers
Mobile: 0400 811155
Emaildebmanoy9@gmail.com
Websitedebmanoy.com

I am a Hakomi therapist, Trauma informed, Gestalt (Masters), and have a background in yoga, dance and mindfulness.

The work is somatic, mindful and collaborative. It is compassionate, kind and respectful, thus creating a safe and sacred space for you to be witnessed, seen and heard, whilst building resilience and inner resources to explore the painful places that lie within.

I deeply honour the complexity of our shared human fragility and believe passionately in our capacity to move towards a healing experience/transformation.

My work intrinsically weaves together all my modalities (attachment theory, nervous system regulation, neuroscience, somatic practices) in a gentle and caring tapestry. I am very influenced in my work by Manuela Mischke-Reeds, Rob Fisher Esther Perel, Terry Real and Thomas Hubl.

I work with couples, individuals and early childhood trauma.

LORELLA RICCI

Psychotherapy & Inner Navigation

CHT, Workshop Facilitator, Meditation Teacher

Byron Bay
Mobile: 0409 047731
Email: lorella@lorellaricci.com
Website: lorellaricci.com

Lorella is a Certified Hakomi Therapist and workshop facilitator with a specialisation in navigating the wilderness of the feeling body. Her approach is a radical welcoming of everything we usually want to move away from or “heal”. Having spent her adult life immersed in meditation and psychotherapy as a way of learning to navigate the intensity of her inner world, she now weaves the traditions of somatic psychotherapy, Theravada Buddhism and Tibetan Tantra into her work.

Lorella has developed guided practices and teachings to support her clients to establish an effortless daily practice as an adjunct to the therapeutic work they do together. This work is especially helpful for people whose feeling bodies are very “loud”, who feel broken, or who feel like no matter how much work they do, they can never get to the core of their experience. Whilst the principles and orientation of Hakomi are embedded into this approach, it is ultimately a shift in attitude towards the feeling realm with specific emphasis on retraining the habit of our attention.
